Shipping charges are determined at the time of order. Location, weight and box dimensions are calculated to determine cost. The freight amount will be determined by the carrier which is UPS. 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air is an extra cost option available upon request, providing the order is UPS shippable. These options will show shipping estimates. Customers will be notified if shipping price is $10 over estimated price. NOTICE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAYBE SUBJECT TO DUTY AND BROKERAGE FEES. We are unable to determine these costs.
For Canadian Customers:
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via PS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment of certain parts due to size and potential damage to the product in question. Oversize parts such as hoods, fenders, trunks, doors, windshields, and certain door glass are considered high risk shipments which we do not ship through UPS. On a case by case basis, we can set up ground freight for a large body part order. Customers will be required to cover all shipping and insurance cost. VWPARTSWAREHOUSE.COM can make arrangement on your behalf. Please contact a customer service representative for more details. Orders placed through the site with oversized items will not be accepted unless it has been pre-approved.
Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order. We do not process orders past 5:00 pm on Friday through Monday morning, or major US holidays. When a package is in transit, shipping times do NOT include weekends. All orders are shipped complete. Saturday deliveries are by request only with additional charge. Not all locations offer Saturday shipments. If we are out of stock on a part, we will request item from our D.C. (distribution centers). Items ordered from D.C. arrive to us in 2 to 3 business days except items coming from another country. Once received, the order request will be shipped out. If for some reason your part is on back order, we will notify you as soon as possible with options.
Washington State residents must add tax to all orders. Orders shipped into Washington State must add sales tax.
The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us until a customer service representative has been notified as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.
Freight charges incurred by us while attempting to deliver merchandise which is refused will be billed to the customer.
You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. Please include copy of invoice along with brief description for return. Accounts will be refunded 4 to 6 business days once received. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, provided wrong part number, selected wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special ordered items are also subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts, parts altered-modified or painted, parts used-installed or not properly installed.
Please send core returns to address shown at the top of the billing invoice received with original shipment. Please add "Attention Internet Depart." to return address and supply a copy of the invoice. Core charges will be credited 4 to 6 business day once received. Customers are responsible for core shipping charges. Core must be original VW part and returned in box which new part was received. Aftermarket cores will not be accepted. Cores cannot be altered or cut to reduce shape or weight. Customers have 180 days to return core for refund.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Paypal and cashiers check/money orders. All forms of payment must be received before items are shipped. Credit cards will be charged on the day of order. Orders may be subject to Bank Card Verification upon request. We do not allow C.O.D.

As of 2007, we can no longer order AUDI specific parts directly. We can order Audi specific parts from the local Audi Dealership. They do charge an additional 12% so please factor that in when ordering Audi only/specific parts through our site.
